Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Shapellx® shapewear, which is why we offer a 60-day window for easy returns and exchanges on items in original condition. If your fit isn't perfect, our dedicated team is here to help you find the right silhouette for your body.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
